What is a bare fiber PLC splitter?
Bare Fiber PLC Splitter features low insertion loss and polarization dependent loss, excellent stability, and environmental and mechanical robustness. Telecordia GR-1221 and GR-1209 components comply with TLC standard and YD1117-2001 standard. In addition, the bare fiber PLC splitter can be used in FTTX, FTTH, PON, GEPON, LAN, CATV equipment. Two types of bare fiber PLC splitters are available: 1*N and 2*N modules. Common configurations are 1x2, 1x4, 1x8, 1x16, 1x32, 1x64 and 2x2, 1x4, 2x8, 2x16, 2x16. We can also meet other configurations and special requests.
What is a blockless PLC splitter?
Blockless PLC splitters are available in different types: 1x4, 1x8, 1x16, 1x32, 1x64, 2x4, 2x8, 2x16, 2x32 and 2x32. Splitter connectors can be FC, SC, LC, etc. Blockless splitters are supplied with a set of compact stainless steel tubes. These are important products used in FTTx projects. PLC splitter with pigtail is mainly used for 0.9mm optical fiber, ribbon fiber can be converted into 0.9mm optical fiber pigtail.
